Need a Giant Alarm Clock?

i absolutely do not see a reason why some people can be ridiculously late for a date/meeting when the majority makes the extra effort to be at the venue on time. it is not once or twice.. it becomes a habit. it seems to me that these perpetual late-comers show no remorse or respect for other people. it makes me wonder if they are fit to take up other responsibilities in life. afterall, late-coming often reflects on a person’s unreliability. if you cant even manage your time well, it puts people under the impression that you wont be able to manage anything else. most importantly, if you know you are running late for a date/meeting (with a valid reason!!).. at least have the courtesy and decency to let the other party know. it is the least you can do~!

i realized that my friendship with some people can be likened to that of a hindustani film. in case you have not watched any, a typical hindustani film often progresses from..

(A) boy meets girl
(B) boy falls in love with girl
(C) girl’s parents found out about the love affair
(D) girl’s parents dislike the boy because he is poor
(E) girl cries
(F) boy cries too
(G) girl decides to elope with boy
(H) to (Y) –> the couple’s pursuit for happiness aka ‘drama’
(Z) they got married and live happily ever after (like yay?)

.. in short, it can be coined by another term, “indian drama“.
